Seated to capacity, the Ballroom can hold up to approx. 120 people and with its large folding doors, which can be pushed back to open up space into the adjoining Library - an overflow area can be created for groups exceeding 120 people.
The Downstairs lounge is the Castle's second largest conference room, which can hold approximately 80 people. It is situated on the ground floor, on the western side of the building, beside the coffee lounge and rear entrance.
The smallest of the Castle's conference rooms is aptly called the 'Small Lounge'. It can seat approximately 25 people and is situated between the first and main floors.
This room is often used as a crèche, a children's programme room or a prayer room.
The Courtyard Lounge is the Castle's newest conference room. It can hold approximately 40 people and is equipped with its own kitchenette. This room, like the Ballroom, is situated on the main floor level and is therefore also easily accessible to disabled visitors. It is equipped with a retractable screen, data projector and surround-sound system.
